Learn how to use the "core" of the body and help: improve balance and coordination; increase strength and flexibility; improve postural awareness, breathing, and self-confidence. Plus, it will be a lot of fun! All exercises are done in the sitting and standing positions. We will use therapy balls, balance discs, therabands and light weights. Pre-registration required.
