- Smoking Cessation
Smoking is a learned habit. You can quit with the support of a group and caring instructor. Identify smoking behavior patterns; learn about the pros and cons of nicotine reduction therapy. Create a successful quitting plan and learn how to get through the rough spots of recovery and stay tobacco free. Based on the Freedom From Smoking program of the American Lung Association. This class runs for 7 weeks, with eight 2- hour sessions.
