This program will help you fine-tune your own meal plan with this in-depth series of nutrition classes. This program includes: comprehensive information on the effects of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats on blood sugar level, individualized meal planning to help normalize your blood sugar and blood lipid levels, carbohydrate counting, and calculating your calorie and carbohydrate needs. This series includes six 90-minute sessions, both available for daytime and evening classes.
