This is an opportunity for you to meet with others who have diabetes and talk about your concerns in a caring and supportive atmosphere. Center programs are based on a bio-psychosocial model of illness and use evidence-based strategies to effect healthy behavior change. While this class is free, we encourage your $10 donation per meeting.
