Before enrolling in the first series of Diabetes y Su Salud, Sergio was under regular insulin injection treatment. Now, he needs only one dose of oral medication each day and no injections. His wife Evangelina has made huge improvements in her own diabetes management as well, maintaining a healthy HgA1c level at 6%.
