This American Diabetes Association recognized program, taught by certified diabetes educators, helps you manage diabetes, prevent complications and improve your health and well-being. This series includes a one-hour visit with a diabetes educator, four 2.5-hour classes and a follow-up refresher class.


Drop in HgA1c 3 to 6 months after attending Living Well with Diabetes.
