Mindful Movement for Vitality

This class is for those who have not exercised in a while, feel stiff, are recovering from injury, or who move slower. The instructor will guide participants to focus on postural alignment, balance, increasing bone density, strength and flexibility. No yoga experience is necessary. Doctor's clearance required if recent surgery. Must be able to lie on a padded floor.
