In this confidential class, participants are motivated to quit after learning they are pregnant because they were often already thinking of or had tried to quit. The Smoke Free Baby (SFB) coordinator’s expertise is vital to assist women in quitting or reducing smoking, and distinguishes Smoke Free Babies from other quit smoking programs. Pregnant women, new moms with kids aged 0 to 5, and their partners are eligible to receive these smoking cessation services available in English or Spanish. SFB counselors can meet your in a safe place of your choice or at our Santa Rosa location. This class is fully grant-funded by First 5 of Sonoma County.

Of Smoke-Free babies participants adopt one secondhand reduction strategy after receiving counseling.

Of Smoking Cessation participants reduced their tobacco consumption.

It is easier to come here and talk to someone who’s already been through it than to talk to a machine or talk with people who have never smoked that just judge you. She tells me I’m doing good and everything is going to be ok.
