Fitness Assessments are individualized 30-45 minute educational interventions provided by an exercise specialist. The information gathered by a fitness assessment will provide a better understanding of the individual’s physical capacity and provide an accurate starting point for a fitness plan.

  • Sit and reach
  • Grip strength
  • Body Mass Index
  • Push Up
  • Sit Up
  • One-legged stance and tandem stance
  • Written assessment with recommendations
  • Body fat composition
