Flavored Water Recipes: A refreshing summer treat!

July 25, 2012 - "There must be something in the water" takes on a whole new meaning this summer with the ReThink Your Drink campaign- a collaborative effort by local agencies to re-introduce the benefits of drinking water (from the tap), in a tasty and creative way. The Center for Well-Being has partnered with the follwing agencies for this refreshing campaign:

Skate-A-Thon for Health 2012

 

April 15, 2012 - Over 200 Sonoma County families, residents and members from local organizations dressed in their best costumes to skate around Cal Skate in Rohnert Park during this year's Skate-A-Thon for Health- an annual fundraiser raising money to support the Center for Well-Being's childhood obesity prevention programs and off-set the cost of the 45% local client base who need free or sliding scale health services.
